Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.  If you have an issue with your order, or your order is damaged during shipment, please contact us.

All items, unless otherwise specified, ship within 2 weeks of purchase.  Items are shipped USPS First Class.  US takes 2-5 business days, once shipped.  International can take anywhere between 1-12 weeks.  After we have shipped your order, you will recieve a tracking number via email.  Please note that international tracking numbers sometimes do not update online.  If you have any concerns about your order once shipped, please contact your local postal service.
