Once orders have been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

USA Shipping takes 2-5 business days to arrive, once shipped. Please bear in mind that holidays & weather & other circumstances can affect these shipping times. International shipping can take up to 12 weeks to arrive depending on your country's customs system.

Unless you'd like to to purchase insured shipping, we are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your order was damaged during shipment, please provide photographic evidence & we will either repair it or send you a replacement.
